Marcia
Reynolds loves to change people's minds. She is
considered an expert on how the brain works by her
clients world-wide. In addition to coaching
executives from a wide variety of industries, she
travels around the world teaching people how their
brains work so they can make better choices, deal
with life's challenges and handle their
relationships with care. Her information is cutting
edge, making people think not only about what they
do, but who they are in the process, so the changes
they make actually “stick.”

Marcia is also a true pioneer in the coaching
profession and a past president of the International
Coach Federation. She was one of the first 100
people to earn the designation of Master Certified
Coach (MCC) and she is only one of two people in the
world to hold both her MCC and CSP. In addition to
speaking to your audience, she can provide
one-on-one coaching prior to or after an event.
Marcia brings over 26 years of experience in
organizational development into her presentations.
She has helped numerous companies make significant
turnarounds, including leading the cultural shift
for a company who was near bankruptcy to become the
#1 stock market success in the U.S. in just three
years.
In just the past
year, Marcia presented at leadership conferences in Australia,
Kenya, Italy, Norway, Denmark, and Russia as well as across the
US and to virtual audiences by phone and online. She is also a
newspaper columnist and has published many articles on personal
effectiveness and communications skills. She is currently
working on her doctoral degree in organizational psychology with
an emphasis on the success of high achieving women in today’s
corporations. She will complete the program in 2007, but knows
her love for learning will never end, nor will her passion for
sharing what she has discovered with others.
